STEP 1.
Discussing proper technology and equipment. We consider and discuss the number of needed hardware units and the necessary terminal types while providing ongoing support starting with submitting an order and all the way until the customer is happy with the installation. STEP 2.
Programming, Shipping and Installation. After incorporating new customers, we then build and set up the integration between the POS system, the payment equipment, and the coordinating financial institutions. Following that, we test everything on the back end. Not to mention, we will fully organize the day of the shipment as well as the installation; the entirety of which only takes about an hour. After connecting the new hardware to the MICROS system, we demonstrate to our merchants how to use their new terminals and finish the installation. STEP 3.
Post Installation Service and Support. There are usually no problems with the terminals, however if you have any questions, we will be your first point of contact and we will handle all of the technical issues for you. |
